Minué Yoshida

Is an international public speaking coach, TEDx speaker, and CEO of Yoshida Academy with over 15 years of experience in leadership development, training, and DEI consulting. A multicultural leader of Mexican and Japanese heritage, she has delivered transformative workshops and keynote talks across the globe, empowering professionals to own their voice and lead with confidence. Minue is the author of Inclusion Is a Verb and contributor to Today’s Inspired Latina and Ikigai: Find Your Purpose. She serves as President of the United Nations Association – Northern New Jersey and sits on several DEI boards, bringing her expertise in communication, cultural intelligence, and experiential learning to organizations and leaders ready to create lasting impact.

Known as “The People Whisperer,” is the Co-Founder & COO of Yoshida Academy and a Certified Master NLP Coach and Trainer. With over a decade of experience in leadership development, mindset transformation, and business strategy, she specializes in helping women in life and career transitions embrace their power and step into their purpose. A passionate and results-driven leader, Angelica combines her business acumen, coaching expertise, and life experience to create long-lasting success strategies for individuals and teams. She is also a Certified Master Trainer in Hypnosis, holds both a BS and MBA from NJIT, and is an Executive Member of Dreamers & Doers®, a global community amplifying women entrepreneurs and leaders.
